Abstract
The dependence of the after-effect processes in recording materials on the moving parameter under the Preisach-Arrhenius approach is studied by means of numerical simulations. Results reveal that the initial decay coefficient decreases as the moving parameter increases, but the transition becomes sharper and the steady state is more rapidly achieved. Furthermore, two equilibrium states can exist under some applied field conditions when the moving parameter takes a sufficiently high value
