Abstract :
After 30 years of service with the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), John R. Boyle can justifiably look back on his career with pride. John was recently named Federal Engineer of the Year for 1982 in all Federal government services. He is also considered one of the more prominent relay and protection engineers in the electric utility industry.
