1984 Outstanding branch counselors/advisors: This award recognizes those counselors and advisors who truly motivate their students to higher levels of technical and professional competence

Our thanks and congratulations to these 10 individuals who provide their Branches and Branch Chapter members with the encouragement and guidance necessary to develop their leadership and organizational abilities. They also demonstrate true professionalism by their actions, not just their words. Each of them has been awarded an Outstanding Branch Counselor/Advisor certificate and a $500 check donated jointly by the Regional Activities and Technical Activities Boards of the IEEE.
