Abstract :
What is it about Robert J. Coleman that has propelled him into the first rank of IEEE Student Branch counselors? Talent is certainly part of it. The 43-year-old electrical engineer, who is an associate professor on the faculty of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, has successfully balanced a full teaching load with a heavily weighted schedule of student-oriented activities, in addition to his occasional consulting assignments.
