Abstract :
Among the participants this year we can see many researchers, experts and former students, who participated in all MRRSs from the very beginning as well as some new colleagues and friends. However, the quantity of papers and participants is less than normally because many foreign potential authors were not able to visit Ukraine in this unstable and dangerous situation. Technical and financial difficulties concern even Ukrainian participants now. But the Conference is held ‘at any weather’.
