Solid-State Circuits Award - Call for nominations

The highest honor of the Institute for outstanding contributions in our field is the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Technical Field Award. For more than a decade, this award has reflected the progress of the technology. “Awesome” is how young members see the seminal breakthroughs that have given solid-state circuits the technical and economic impact it has today. The history of the field is the textbook for tomorrow´s engineers.
