When Cynthia Bell interviewed at Kodak´s Rochester, N.Y., headquarters during her senior year in college, she found Kodak´s Corporate Research Laboratories just right for her. “What I wanted was a company that could offer me variety, so I could sort out what I do best,” says the 25-year-old research scientist.
