Abstract :
SSCS would like to extend a warm welcome to three new chapters that have been formed this year. The Denver Chapter is chaired by Randy K. Rannow, the Hong Kong joint EDS Chapter is chaired by Dr. Hei Wong, and our new joint EDS Student Branch Chapter in Turkey is chaired by Basak Yuksel. Their plans for the year 2003 include:
