Abstract :
A very high gain bipolar op amp was designed using controlled positive feedback. The circuit has a theoretical voltage gain of 160 dB and unity gain-bandwidth of 3.3 MHz. Despite using positive feedback, the op amp is compensated and a slew rate of 1 V/μs is achieved
