Abstract :
Passivity-based adaptive controllers are presented for the stabilisation of the buck quasiresonant convertor. Both direct and indirect voltage regulation schemes are addressed. The circuit components of the convertor are assumed constant but unknown. The adaptive controllers are designed based on the average model of the convertor and follow the `energy shaping plus damping injection´ ideas of the passivity-based approach. Simulation results are presented to illustrate the features of these proposed adaptive controllers
