Testimonial of a convert from intellectual snob to PE: Professional registration? It can´t hurt!

I remember a meeting during my senior year in college where a presentation was made about professional registration. To the best of my recall, all of the EE professors that I asked said that registration was for Civil Engineers and some Mechanical Engineers. EE´s had no need for registration.
