Abstract :
Like Wayne Johnson (see EE at Work, page 31), I, too, chose engineering education over industrial employment after working in industry for a number of years. My reasons were quite similar — academic freedom, professional insularity and more importantly, the desire to teach others what I know about this exciting field.
