The IEEE Student Activities Committee is pleased with the steady growth in student membership. We welcome our many new members and encourage each of you to take full advantage of the opportunities offered by IEEE to help you better prepare for your professional life. You are affiliated with the world´s largest professional society. With your enthusiasm and efforts, we will pass the 50,000 student member goal this year. This is gratifying to us and the other Institute volunteer officers who, in various ways, “share the profession” with aspiring students.
