  • Abstract
    Nulls can be steered in both sum and difference patterns of a monopulse planar array using amplitude only control to suppress interference. This method of null steering maintains a simple mathematical relationship between the sum and difference signals and the target position. It thus allows a fast and accurate angle estimation.
