Abstract
Characteristic impedance of microstrip lines having a Tl/sub 2/Ba/sub 2/CaCu/sub 2/O/sub x//MgO/Au structure is measured using a low-temperature vector network measuring system. A small test fixture for the superconducting microstrip lines is fabricated and mounted on a cryocooler. A correction method is applied to the data at low temperatures and the characteristic impedance of the superconducting microstrip lines is determined from the corrected data at 80 K.
