Book reviews

This past summer saw the introduction of a new publication related to technology and society. Titled Technology in Society: An International Journal, it is published quarterly by Pergamon Press. Editors are George Bugliarello and A. George Shillinger, both of the Polytechnic Institute of New York where the editorial offices are maintained. The Advisory Board listing of 26 individuals includes many who should be familiar to IEEE members including Edward E. David, Jr., Patrick E. Haggerty, Edward Teller, and Ernst Weber.
