  • Abstract
    The aim of this paper is to present a completely Lagrangian approach to solve a plasma z-pinch problem, described by the MHD model. The authors consider the general advantages of using a Lagrangian approach in solving mechanically coupled problems. The results obtained are compared with some experimental data, showing a good agreement
