Abstract :
No student needs reminding that electrical engineering in its broadest sense is an extraordinarily complex technical field. Every homework problem and exam reinforces this view. Further, it doesn´t take an engineering student long to realize, if only through watching the changes in computers, chips, and instruments, that yesterday´s technical breakthrough is today´s obsolescent equipment.
