Abstract :
This paper examines the role of a game theory approach in the process of knowledge worker selection in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Using a game theory approach, the optimization of the process of knowledge worker selection is clearly defined. The study draws on interviews with 40 knowledge workers in nine innovative Polish business types which were selected for study. The results illustrate the processes of supporting a decision maker about knowledge worker selection in SMEs.
