Abstract :
Business Value of IT Services is a concern that businesses, in general are struggling with. “Am I spending wisely on IT?” is a question not very well answered. It is understood, value articulation of IT services has not been easy. Adoption of IT innovations is even more challenging in many industry verticals. This paper discusses its nuances and gives a systematic evaluation method for making business decisions for investment on adoption of IT innovations for sustainable business.
