Abstract :
To maintain a balanced perspective on a power station´s output, managers and operations engineers must be able to determine the contractual consequences of their decisions and events. To assist these users, we´ve designed a modular decision-support knowledge-based system that lets them generate what-if scenarios of events that could affect contractual compliance. They can also access a hypermedia version of the contract and pertinent background information
