  • Abstract
    General Fund operations in 1976 saw a reversal of the financial deficits experienced in 1974 and 1975. While this was in part due to the increase in dues, which became effective in 1976, a great deal of credit must be given to the financial policies of the Board of Directors, which were very effectively implemented by the General Manager and his staff.
