Load Management???How Will Operators Want to Use it

This paper is one of a series for use in current operational problems (COPs) forums with the goal of focusing the industry attention on high priority problems faced by electric system operators. The five ``short note reports´´ in this paper discuss load management operating strategies and their practicality. The viewpoint of operator is commented on by planner, customer service, rate maker, and manufacturer.
