Abstract :
Automation of technological preparation of the thin-film electroluminescent indicators production process is an urgent instrumentation task. The main problems in this area are the high complexity of computing and the slowness of the calculating process. Method for designing manufacturing process of the thin-film electroluminescent devices was proposed in order to solve these problems.
