Abstract :
The article describes the influence of temperature and illumination on the current-voltage and voltage-watt solar battery characteristics. Developed a method of determining the main parameters of solar cells based on the current temperature and illumination. The basic types of DC-DC converters photovoltaic power supply systems explored.
