    Proposed scheme applied IP instruments for measuring humidity, temperature, smoke management and active loads. Effectiveness of the implementation of a monitoring system based on the premises measuring circuits IP devices in practice achieved by the possibility of introducing IP devices described in the already deployed in buildings and the use of existing network control data transmission.
