Abstract :
This theses deals with the experimental study results of the low-intensity ionizing radiation influence on the temperature sensors DS18B20 measurement error at the absorbed doses in the range 0-400 Gy under gamma radiation with a dose rate 4.10 Gy/s. The measurement error was determined by the difference between the temperature values of irradiated sensors and non-irradiated control sensor. It was found that temperature measurement errors corresponding to the temperature sensors working range limit values are characterized by a larger spread in values for various sensors and nonmonotone measurement error dependence on the absorbed dose.
