Abstract :
First results of efficient frequency selective coupling of THz signals into a dielectric waveguide are presented. The coupling is performed through a grating engraved at the top of a highly resistive silicon waveguide. Coupling efficiencies higher than 90% are observed in the sub-millimetre range
