Abstract :
The article describes the method of determining the parameters of the normal distribution law on track section of the wavelet-spectrum in scale a=1, obtained by the continuous wavelet transform using wavelets Gauss second order. The standard deviation of the distribution is as taking the logarithm of the selected section.
