Abstract :
The method of calculation of inserted inductance of conducting cylindrical film by arbitrary geometry size with azimuth density of vortex current under existence of resistance loss and diamagnetic properties of Foucault currents has been proposed. The formula for frequency dependence has been adduced. It is followed from this formula that the inductance of cylindrical film comes to zero for two characteristic frequencies of the system and can has positive and negative values. Is has been shown that RPGS - inductors belong to the class of inductors with inserted inductance. The solution of cutoff frequency´s problem of strip MEMS - solenoids by insertion of micron size nichrome film has been proposed.
