Abstract :
This article describes the technique for measuring the coefficient of thermal resistance of helical slow-wave systems made by a method of solid-phase compound of ceramic-metal elements. Shows the comparison of coefficients of thermal resistance of the high-frequency packages manufactured by different techniques.
