Abstract :
For original paper see R.S. Kwok and J.-F. Lang, ibid., vol.47, no.1, pp.111-14 (Jan. 1999). In the above paper the authors described a measurement method of the unloaded Q-factor of a one-port coupled resonator. This comment questions the originality of this method. A reply by the original authors is included.
