Abstract :
I´ve just returned from the annual IEEE Panel of Editors meeting, which brings together the editors-in-chief of all journals and magazines as well as the IEEE staff who support the whole publishing operation. Open access and authors posting portable document formats (PDFs) on their Web sites were the major issues this year.
