Abstract :
A quantitative analysis for short-time Fourier transform has been previously given. We analyze the SNR for the pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution with rectangular windows for multicomponent signals in additive noise. The SNR for the pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution in terms of a sampling rate is given for a fixed window length
