Abstract
A CMOS wideband low-noise amplifier (LNA) with an integrated bandpass feedback stage for achieving blocker cancellation is described. The proposed blocker cancellation technique involves the use of an integrated tunable bandpass feedback stage to produce a notch for the blocker, eliminating the need for an off-chip SAW filter. The prototype LNA is fabricated in a 0.13 m CMOS process. The LNA with the bandpass feedback stage achieves a blocker rejection of 37 dB, and it draws a current of 20.6 mA from a 1.2 V power supply.
