Abstract :
Optimum distance profile (ODP) codes are good codes for convolutional codes. These codes can be determined using sieve techniques and the improved Cedervall-Johannesson algorithm. The authors present extensive lists of OFD codes containing rates R=1/2, 1/3 and 1/4
