  • Abstract
    A novel neuron circuit is presented. The push-pull output mode is adopted to improve the transient performance. It can generate both the nonlinear transfer function and its derivative with programmable thresholds and gain factors. The nonlinear function can be switched between LOG sigmoid and tangent sigmoid
