Abstract :
The K-band three-cavity multi-beam transit-time effect oscillator (3K MTTTO) is a novel high power microwave device based on the transit-time effect of the three-cavity (3C) resonator. Electronic and electrodynamic parameters of 3C resonator were calculated. The ranges of accelerating voltages were founded at which self-excitation of monotron possibly.
