  • Abstract
    The hyperfine gain spectrum of a chemical oxygen-iodine laser (COIL) is investigated experimentally. Six hyperfine lines are obtained in a COIL gain medium as well as an iodine absorption cell. Meanwhile, gain profiles and cavity temperatures are calculated
