Abstract :
We have developed a system on a chip for a DSC (digital still camera). This chip includes conventional three chips (32-bit RISC, CCD signal processor, and high-speed JPEG). This combined chip realizes a new concept DSC (pocket-size, high-speed, low-power, video clip, sequential shot and various functions)
