I must, I must...some New Year´s resolutions

Professional engineers focus on technical excellence. Achieving improved performance here can be a challenge, to put it mildly: enhancements that are measured in nanoseconds or millimicrons are not the stuff of New Year´s resolutions, they´re fundamental to the engineering mindset. The ideas given here are more akin to refusing second helpings or running upstairs instead of taking the lift-the small things that make a big difference! If everybody in an organisation changes one small detail of how they work, it can make a massive difference to a business. What´s more, they won´t need moral support groups to achieve it. It´s more a matter of developing a new and better habit.
