Abstract :
This paper presents results of development of a microwave monolithic integrated circuit of an image rejection mixer based on quasi-vertical Schottky diode designed for using in Ka-band frequency signal range. The MMIC provides conversion loss not exceeding 10 dB and image rejection more than 15 dB in frequency range from 27 to 36 GHz.
