Abstract :
Gunn oscillator 2 mm range with electronic frequency tuning is presented. Application of a monolithic integrated circuit containing varicap as an element of the resonant system greatly simplifies the fabrication and setting of the generator, and also allows frequency tuning. The generator can be used to use as a standalone device or as a sub-module in the complex microwave devices, in particular, this generator is used as a local oscillator in the receiver module.
