Abstract :
Ku-band nanosecond pulses receiver based on Russian production element base is developed. The scheme of channels construction is provided. Basic elements of its design allowing increasing sensitivity are considered, waveforms of received signals are presented, and the theoretical assessment of sensitivity is given.
