Abstract
Represents the development results of the small-size magnetostatic spin waves-based PBF devices with mechanical frequency tuning in a range from 1.0 to 14.0 GHz. A dependence of a maximum turning value has been studied according to an operating frequency band and a design of a magnetic system (MS) of a filter. Magnetic systems (MS) have been developed, which allowed changing a gap of MS more than twice with one adjustment screw. Based on this type of MS PBFs are created with mechanical frequency tuning not less than 1000MHz. Experimental researching showed parameters stability of PBF (minimal losses, pass band, out of band barrier value, etc) under mechanical frequency tuning including -50 to 70 °C range.
