Abstract :
There is often over-vibration during high speed dehydrating in industrial washer, because the velocity curve is not suitable for even distribution of washing in the roller. The process of evenly distributing was analyzed. A model of evenly distributing velocity curve based on BP neural network was found with the character of nonlinear mapping and generalization of neural network. Lots of experiments were made with different weights and properties of cloth. The results show that the designed velocity curve has perfect applicability.
