Abstract :
For asymmetric triple-barrier resonant-tunneling structures with thin and high (delta) barriers and a transparent upper quantum level the analytical solution of the non-stationary Schrodinger equations describing the resonance transitions in quantum levels in a strong high-frequency electric field is found. It is shown, that the conditions of full transparency of the upper level correspond to the terms of resonance strictly in a non-transparent triple-barrier structure.
