  • Abstract
    The idea of hierarchy was introduced to interactive evolutionary computation and hierarchical interactive evolutionary computation was put forth aiming on inefficient local search problem of current interactive evolutionary computation. The issues to implement were presented. The efficiency of the algorithm was analyzed. The algorithm was applied to fashion design and the calculating example validates its efficiency.
