Abstract :
The mutual relations between Haar Wavelet and Reed-Muller spectral domains are presented in the form of matrix decomposition and as layered vertical and horizontal Kronecker matrices. The new relations apply to an arbitrary dimension of the transform matrices and allow direct conversions to be performed between Reed-Muller and Haar Wavelet spectra.
