Abstract
The study of the influence of the phase velocity of the microwave wave and increase of the speed of electron beams on the limit values of the peniotron effectiveness has been carried out using the developed mathematical model. It is shown, that peniotron limit efficiency exceeds 80% in case of phase velocity change in the range 1≤ υp/ c ≤ 2 at nonrelativistic electron speeds.
